Sec. 7-3-25. - Adoption of Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code.¶
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange hereby adopts the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, 2000 Edition, as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials; except "Part 1, Administration."
Not less than one (1) copy has been made and is now filed in the office of the Planning and Development Services Department. This is hereby adopted and incorporated as if set forth at length herein.
The fee schedules of charges for swimming pools shall be established by resolution by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange.
The provisions contained in sections 7-3-3 through 7-3-17 of the Codified Ordinances shall apply to the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, 2000 Edition.
