Orange County Municipal Code Art. 3 Business Regulations

The business regulations contained in Divisions 2 and 3 of this title shall apply to any business, occupation, practice, profession or trade conducted in the unincorporated area of the County of Orange named in said divisions, whether or not a license or permit from the County is required or obtained therefor. All general license and permit requirements contained in Division 2 of this title shall apply to any business, occupation, practice, profession or trade conducted in the unincorporated area of the County of Orange named in said division, unless specifically provided otherwise in Division 3 of this title.
