Editor's note— Ord. No. 98-16, § 1, adopted December 8, 1998, amended the Code by repealing § 3-4-13 in its entirety. Former § 3-4-13 pertained to interference with employment by means of parades or processions, and derived from the Code of 1961, § 34.021.
Sec. 3-4-14. - Obstructing sidewalks and highways.¶
Every person who willfully and maliciously obstructs the free movement of any person on any street, sidewalk, or other public place or on or in any place open to the public is guilty of a misdemeanor.
