Sec. 1-1-48. - Time for filing claim.

Pursuant to section 29701 of the Government Code, any claim against the County or against any County or district fund shall be filed with the Auditor not less than five (5) days prior to the time of the meeting of the Board of Supervisors at which it is asked to be allowed.

Pursuant to section 29742 of the Government Code, the three-day waiting period shall not apply to any claims filed against the County of Orange or any district governed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange.
