Sec. 2-3.501. City Clerk: Deputies.¶
(a) City Clerk. The salary of the City Clerk shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
(b) Deputies. The salary of any deputy of the City Clerk may be fixed by the Council at its pleasure.

Sec. 2-3.502. City Treasurer: Deputies.¶
(a) City Treasurer. The salary of the City Treasurer shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
(b) Deputies. The salary of any deputy of the City Treasurer may be fixed by the Council at its pleasure.

Sec. 2-3.503. Insurance benefits.¶
In addition to the salaries set forth in this article, the City Clerk and the City Treasurer shall be entitled to all benefits of any group life and health insurance provided by the City, and the premium therefor shall be paid by the City in the same manner as the premiums for other City employees.
