§ 8-2.301. Created: Use: Payments into.¶

There is hereby created a special fund to be known and designated as the "Park and Recreational Fund." The City Treasurer shall deposit to said fund all sums received by him or her under this section. Said fund shall be used for the acquisition, improvement, or maintenance of public parks, playgrounds, or equipment thereof.
