§ 8-2.201. Created.

There is hereby created a fund which shall be known as the "Sanitation Fund." All moneys collected pursuant to the charges herein fixed shall be placed in said fund. Said fund shall be used only for such purposes as are permitted by law. (See Chapter 3 of Title 5.)
