§ 30-2

ARTICLE I In General

§ 30-1. Duty to keep sidewalks and gutters clean. [Ord. No. 245, § 1.]

The occupant of the ground floor of any building or the occupant of any lot, or if such building or lot is not occupied, then the owner thereof, shall keep sidewalks and gutters adjoining such building or lot clean and free from all dry grass, paper, rubbish, garbage and obstructions.

§ 30-2. Certain installations required prior to paving of street. [Ord. No. 398, § 5.]

In the installation of any new streets or new paving or repairing of streets, the paving shall not be installed until all underground service facilities, such as water lines, sewer lines, gas service lines, underground electrical and telephone service lines and irrigation district lines, have been installed in the street and all service connections have been installed from the lines to the curb lines for each present or anticipated future user of such services.
