§ 12.08.320. Purpose.

The City Council finds and determines that incorrect or illegible marking of house numbers or addresses on areas in the public right-of-way creates a hazard to the public health, safety and welfare by leading to slower emergency response times. The City Council further finds and determines that the likelihood of such incorrect or illegible markings substantially increases when such markings are not done under the auspices of City Control.
