§ 12.28.010. Application for street vacation.

Any person may file with the City an application in the form of a request to vacate any City street, road, alley or other public place, or any particular portion. Such application shall be in such form as shall be required by administrative order of the City Manager, Director of Community Development or City Engineer. If such person is other than an officer or agency of the City, such application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in such amount as shall be determined by resolution of the City Council.
