§ 17.07.070. Permitted uses. ¶

The permitted and conditionally permitted uses in this zone shall be governed by Section 17.04.010 and other specific use requirements contained in this title. (Prior code § 27-16.1; Ord. 10-1626 § 6; Ord. 20-1720 § 2; Ord. 21-1722 § 2)

§ 17.07.090. Building height. ¶

The height of buildings in an M-2 zone is governed by the restrictions of Section 17.04.015(A)(2)(a). (Prior code § 27-16.3; Ord. 21-1722 § 2)

§ 17.07.100. Front yard. ¶

No front yard is required in an M-2 zone. (Prior code § 27-16.4; Ord. 21-1722 § 2)

§ 17.07.110. Side yards. ¶

No side yards are required in an M-2 zone, except as provided in Section 17.03.330 . (Prior code § 27-16.5; Ord. 21-1722 § 2)

§ 17.07.120. Rear yard. ¶

No rear yard is required in an M-2 zone, except as provided in Section 17.03.330 . (Prior code § 27-16.6; Ord. 21-1722 § 2)
