Article I — M-1 Zone, Light Manufacturing Zone

The permitted and conditionally permitted uses in this zone shall be governed by Section 17.04.010 and other specific use requirements contained in this title.

The height of buildings in an M-1 zone is governed by the restrictions of Section 17.04.015(A)(2)(a). (Prior code § 27-15.3; Ord. 21-1722 § 2)
