§ 7.25.010. Keeping of Apiaries – Prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to maintain or keep an apiary as that term is defined in California Food and Agricultural Code Section 29002 in any residential area within the City.

§ 7.25.020. Violation an Infraction.

It is unlawful for any person to violate any provisions or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction.
