A certain document entitled, "2025 California Historical Building Code," published by the International Code Council and amended and adopted by the state of California as the 2025 edition of the California Historical Code, is adopted by reference as the historical building code of the city pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 50020 et seq., state of California.
