12.24.010 - Prohibited where.

Fishing in waters adjacent to parks in the city is prohibited unless posted with a sign indicating that fishing is permitted.

12.24.020 - Permitted where.

Fishing in waters adjacent to public parks in the city is only permitted where there are signs indicating that fishing is permitted pursuant to this chapter.

12.24.030 - City council authority.

The city council shall adopt by resolution suitable rules and regulations concerning fishing in waters adjacent to public parks and shall further indicate by resolution where fishing is to be permitted.

12.24.040 - Posting of notice.

The director of public works shall post, pursuant to resolution of the city council, waters adjacent to public parks with suitable signs indicating where fishing is permitted.

12.24.050 - Violation—Penalty.

Violation or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions set forth in Chapter 1.16 of this code.
