9.36.010 - Purpose.¶
The purpose of this chapter is to implement the provisions of Section 6404.5 of the California Labor code, regulating smoking of tobacco products in enclosed places of employment.

9.36.020 - Enforcement.¶
The county of San Diego department of health services is designated as the enforcement authority within the city for purposes of enforcing Section 6404.5 of the California Labor Code.
