15.90.010 - 2025 California Existing Building Code—Adopted.¶

The City Council adopts and incorporates herein, for the purpose of prescribing regulations for the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings, the 2025 California Existing Building Code, Title 24, Part. 10, and Parts 8 & 12. Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, all repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings shall be in conformance with the 2025 California Existing Building Code.
