15.78.010 - 2025 California Green Building Standards Code—Adopted.¶
The City Council adopts and incorporates herein for the purpose of prescribing regulations for the reduction of negative impacts or increasing positive environmental impacts and encouraging sustainable construction practices, the 2025 California Green Building Standards Code, California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 11. All construction of buildings shall be in conformance with the 2025 California Green Building Standards Code, except as otherwise provided by this chapter.
