§ 9.16.010. Curfew for minors.¶
It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to loiter in any public place between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the day immediately following; provided, however, that the provisions of this section do not apply when the person is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the person or when the person is returning directly home from a meeting, entertainment, recreational activity or dance, or when the person is going directly to or returning directly from work.

§ 9.16.020. Violators to be detained.¶
Any minor under the age of 18 years found in violation of this chapter shall be immediately apprehended and taken to the proper detention ward for minors and there detained until the arrival of the parent, guardian or proper person to care for said minor.

§ 9.16.030. Parents must call for children.¶
It is unlawful for any parent, guardian or person having a minor in his or her charge, after receiving notice of the apprehension and detention of said minor, to fail or neglect to go in person or send some suitable person after said minor so detained.

§ 9.16.040. Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person under the age of 18 years violating the provisions of Section 9.16.010 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.
