§ 9.04.010. Reporting accidents, law violations resulting in injury.¶
It is unlawful for any physician, garage proprietor or person in charge of a hospital having knowledge of any accident or breach of law wherein or whereby any person was injured to fail, neglect or refuse forthwith to report such accident or breach to the Police Chief.

§ 9.04.020. Duty to assist police.¶
Every citizen over the age of 18 years shall whenever required by the City Manager or Police Chief for the arrest of any person against whom any process shall have been issued, join the posse comitatus and aid and assist in taking or arresting such person, or in rearresting any person who after being arrested or confined shall have escaped from such arrest or imprisonment, and shall aid and assist in preventing any breach of the peace or commission of any criminal offense and shall aid and assist in the maintenance of the public order.

§ 9.04.030. Authority to make rewards.¶
The Council shall have the power to offer rewards for the apprehension and conviction of any person who commits a felony in the city and to authorize the payment thereof.
