§ 5.08.010. Labeling of machines.¶

Every mechanical amusement device, electrical musical device, video game, vending machine or weighing machine shall have a seal or tag attached thereto showing the name of the owner and operator, and in addition thereto, if wired for electricity a label indicating the name and address of the manufacturer and the voltage and current necessary for the proper operation of said mechanical amusement device or electrical musical device.
