§ 10.56.010. Applicability.

Pursuant to the consent of the applicable governing boards, the following regulations shall govern and apply to the roads and ways of Napa Community College, Napa High School and Vintage High School grounds.

§ 10.56.020. Parking in general parking areas.

Parking is permitted in the areas marked "general parking" only:

A. Such parking shall be according to the regulations posted and within the limits of marked lanes;

B. Such parking shall be limited to noncommercial vehicles.

§ 10.56.030. Parking in restricted areas.

Parking in "restricted parking" areas shall be by permit only:

A. Permits for such parking shall be authorized by the appropriate governing bodies;

B. Said permits shall be displayed on the windshield of said vehicles authorized for such restricted parking.

§ 10.56.040. No other parking permitted—Exception for loading zones.

There shall be no parking at any time on the roads or playing fields of Napa Community College, Napa High School or Vintage High School, except that parking in zones marked for loading shall be permitted but limited in time to 10 minutes.

§ 10.56.050. Traffic prohibited except by permit from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

There shall be no traffic on the roads of Napa High School or Vintage High School except by permit. Permits for such driving shall be authorized by the appropriate administrative officers.

§ 10.56.060. Traffic permitted for loading, unloading at night.

Traffic shall be allowed on the roads of Napa High School and Vintage High School only between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. for the purposes of loading and unloading only. The parking of such vehicles is subject to the regulations and restrictions set forth in this chapter.

§ 10.56.070. Speed limits.

The speed of vehicles driven on the roads, parking areas and grounds of Napa Community College, Napa High School and Vintage High School, whether such driving be authorized or unauthorized shall be limited to 10 miles per hour at all times, with the exception of Napa College Way.

§ 10.56.080. Markings.

The appropriate administrative authority shall post adequate signs at appropriate places about the Napa Community College, Napa High School and Vintage High School grounds to inform the public of the regulations of this chapter.

§ 10.56.090. Enforcement.

The regulations set forth in this chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department in cooperation with the administration of Napa Community College, Napa High School and Vintage High School.
