5.04.010 - Sign requirements for admission prices.

At or in any place, building, structure, lot or enclosure where the public is invited to attend or enter, and charge is made to or for any person attending or going in or upon the building, structure, lot, enclosure or place, there shall be displayed conspicuously at the entrance thereof a clear and legible sign informing the public or any person so invited to enter or attend of the charges made for such entry or attendance, which such sign shall be in black letters and numerals on a white background, and in any event the letters and numerals shall be not less than two inches in height and of sufficient width to be clearly visible at least sixty feet from the place where such sign is displayed.
