16.12.800 - Mining permits—Submission to state.¶
A. By July 1, 1991, the planning director shall submit to the Department of Conservation for each active or idle mine, a copy of the mining permit and any conditions or amendments thereto.
B. By July 1st of each year, the planning director shall submit to the Department of Conservation, for each active or idle mine, a copy of the mining permit or reclamation plan amendment(s), as applicable, approved during the prior year or a statement that there were none.
