7.12.140 - Violation—Penalty.¶

A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction. An infraction is punishable as provided in Section 1.24.030.

7.12.150 - Violations—Additional remedies and injunctions.¶

As an additional remedy, the operation or maintenance of a device, instrument, vehicle or machinery in violation of this chapter, which causes discomfort or annoyance to reasonable persons of normal sensitiveness or which endangers the comfort, repose, health or peace of residents in the area is declared to be a public nuisance and is subject to abatement by restraining order or injunction.
