Moraga Municipal Code § 1 Adoption by reference

Under the authority of Sections 50020—50022.9 of the Government Code of the State of California, there is adopted by reference the following provisions contained in Ordinance Nos. 80—28 adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, California, on February 26, 1980:

(a) Section V amending Section 710-2.002 of the County Ordinance Code which adopts the 1979 Edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code.

(b) Section VI amending Section 710-4.101 of the County Ordinance Code which makes the 1979 Uniform Mechanical Code effective with changes, additions, and deletions set forth in Chapter 710-4 of Division 710 of Title 7 of the County Ordinance Code.

(c) Section VII amending Section 710.4.307.
