Moraga Municipal Code § II Effective Date

This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after the passage, and within 15 days after passage shall be published once with the names of council members voting for and against it in the "Moraga Sun", a newspaper published in this county.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Moraga held on May 20, 1979, and adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on June 20, 1979, by the following vote:
