Moraga Municipal Code § 3 References to Officials and Offices

In the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County and each of the California Codes adopted by reference, a reference to "Board of Supervisors" means the Town Council of the Town of Moraga, and a reference to an office, official title or other designation means the office, Title or designation in the governmental structure of the Town, or if there is none, the official or titleholder in the Town who performs the function of the duty referred to.
