In the Ordinance 97-01 adopted by reference, references to "Board of Directors" means the Town Council of this Town; and references to an office, official title or other designation means that office, title or designation in the governmental structure of this Town, or if there is none, the official or title holder in this Town who performs the function or duty referred to.
