This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Moraga on April 6, 1988; and was adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council on April 20 , 1988, by the following vote:
