§ 5.06.100. Existing franchise.¶

Existing Ordinance No. 303 shall not be codified, but shall remain in effect and shall apply to any cable system franchise in force prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.

§ 5.06.200. New franchises.¶

This chapter is hereby enacted to apply to any cable system franchise granted or renewed subsequent to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
