Sec. 38-99.9. Specific Purposes. ¶
The Regional Housing Needs Assessment Overlay District is intended to facilitate the provision of multifamily residential uses while promoting infill development on nonvacant commercial sites previously identified on housing inventories in the City’s Fourth and Fifth Housing Elements. Sec. 38-99.10. Applicability and Zoning Designator. ¶
The Regional Housing Needs Assessment Overlay District shall be shown on the zoning map by adding RHNAOV to the base district designator. It may be combined with any base zoning district to the properties shown in Appendix A to Section 38-99.5. (Ord. 3688 § 8, 2024)
