§ 2.84.010. Prohibited.¶

None of the equipment, tools, or other articles of personal property belonging to the city shall be used for other than city business and shall not in any event be used for private purposes.

§ 2.84.020. City Hall flagpoles.¶

The two flagpoles located in front of City Hall shall be used exclusively for the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of California.
