11.48.010 - Prohibited when closed to public—Exception.

No person, except an actual settler in going to or from his or her home by regular and customary routes of travel, shall, without the written permission of any United States Forest Officer, go upon any portion of any national forest which has been closed to public use by competent authority.

11.48.020 - Enforcement authority.

In addition to any peace officer, any United States Forest Officer is empowered to enforce this Chapter, and in so doing to exercise the powers of a peace officer.
