11.52.010 - Prohibited—Exception.¶
No person, other than a public officer or employee acting within the course and scope of his or her employment in performance of a duty imposed by law, shall enter, attempt to enter, assist another person to enter or to attempt to enter, remain upon, use, or occupy, facilities, grounds, or buildings, for the entry upon, use of, or occupation of which a fee has been established or demanded, unless such fee has first been paid or unless the permission of the owner or person entitled to the possession or control thereof has first been obtained.
