1.25.010 - Applicability to Monterey County.

The provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1094.6 shall hereinafter be adopted and made applicable to the judicial review of any decision of the County of Monterey, or any commission, board, officer, employee, or agent thereof.

1.25.020 - Applicability to Monterey County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
