1.08.010 - Monterey County District.¶

The Monterey County Judicial District, the Central Judicial District and the Southern Judicial District are consolidated and renamed the Monterey County Municipal Court District. The boundaries of said district shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the County of Monterey.
