9.24.130 - Removal of spilled or leaked waste and accumulated precipitation.¶

Spilled or leaked waste and accumulated precipitation shall be removed from the spill containment system in a timely manner as is necessary to prevent overflow of the collection system. All chemicals or wastes collected from such spill containment system shall be disposed of appropriately and not be discharged to the City sewer system, the City storm drain system, or the ground unless approval is given by the City Engineer.
