10.32.010 - Adoption.¶

The International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Montclair. One copy of the International Property Maintenance Code shall be filed and kept in the office of the building official for use and examination by the public, and can also be viewed online at https://codes.iccsafe.org/codes/i-codes/2024-icodes.
