3.24.010 Applicability.¶
An application fee for changes in land use shall be paid by the applicant to cover administrative costs associated with processing applications, including, but not limited to, costs to review applications for completeness, notice public hearings, prepare reports, coordinate with consultants, and other administrative tasks. 3.24.020 Fee schedule.¶
The city council shall establish a schedule of fees for planning applications. The fee schedule shall be adopted, and amended from time to time, by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 21-03 § 1, 2021; Ord. 163 § 2, 1979)
3.24.030 Payment at application.¶
All such fees shall be paid at the time the application is filed, and no application shall be accepted until the fee is paid. (Ord. 21-03 § 1, 2021; Ord. 163 § 3, 1979)
