2.08.010 Elective officers—Duties.¶
The duties of the elective officers of the city shall be such as are prescribed by the laws of the state for such officers. (Ord. 56 § 1, 1939)
2.08.020 Appointive officers—Duties.¶
The duties of the appointive officers of the city shall be such as are prescribed by the laws of the state and by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 56 § 2, 1939)
2.08.030 Appointive officers and employees—Wages and salaries.¶
The salaries and wages to be paid to the appointive officers and employees of the city shall be such as may be from time to time fixed by the city council by resolution. (Ord. 55 § 2, 1939)
