Montague Municipal Code Ch. 10.16 On-Street Angular Parking

ON-STREET ANGULAR PARKING

Sections:

• 10.16.010 Webb Street west of Eleventh Street. 10.16.020 King Street west of Eleventh Street. 10.16.030 Authorization to mark for angular parking. 10.16.040 Authorization for erection of signs.

A. The area along the north side of Webb Street of a distance of one hundred thirty-five (135) feet heading westerly from a point of one hundred ten (110) feet west of the intersection of Webb Street and Eleventh Street within the city is designated as an area for angular parking.

B. The area along the south side of Webb Street of a distance of one hundred thirty-five (135) feet heading westerly from a point of one hundred ten (110) feet west of the intersection of Webb Street and Eleventh Street within the city is designated as an area for angular parking. The area along the south side of King Street of a distance of one hundred thirty-five (135) feet heading westerly from a point of one hundred fifteen (115) feet westerly of the intersection of King and Eleventh Street within the city is designated as an area for angular parking. (Ord. 89-6 § 2, 1989)

The city maintenance department is authorized to mark the areas of angular parking, designated in this chapter, by paint or otherwise, so as to properly and accurately mark the permitted areas of angular parking. (Ord. 89-6 § 3, 1989)

The city clerk's office is authorized to order and the city maintenance department is authorized to erect signs designating the areas described in this chapter as areas for angular parking only. (Ord. 89-6 § 4, 1989)
