12.06.010 - Fees for refuse disposal.¶
A. The board is authorized to adopt fee schedules for gate fees payable by users of county disposal sites and/or services to support the operation and maintenance of the county's solid waste system.
B. Fee schedules shall be adopted by resolution of the board.

12.06.020 - Nonparticipant surcharge.¶
A. The board of supervisors may adopt fees and/or permit requirements for the disposal of nonparticipating waste at county disposal sites. For the purposes of this section, "nonparticipating waste" means solid waste generated by use of a premise not subject to those parcel fees imposed pursuant to the Mono County Solid Waste Fee Program.
B. The fee or permit authorized by this section shall be as set by resolution of the board.
