Editor's note— Ord. No. 3752-C.S., effective January 12, 2023, repealed Ch. 11, §§ 5-11.102—5-11.111, which pertained to Organic Waste Disposal and derived from Ord. No. 3740-C.S., § 2, adopted December 23, 2021. Additionally, Ch. 5, "Solid Waste", was amended in its entirety, incorporating organic waste disposal provisions, as herein set out.
