2-6.01 - Qualifications for State Aid.

The City of Modesto declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

2-6.02 - Standards for Recruitment and Training.

Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, the City of Modesto while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
