§ 3.25.160. Purpose.¶
The city council of the city desires to declare a policy with respect to the disposition of net receipts from the city sales and use tax.

§ 3.25.170. Disposition of proceeds.¶
All moneys collected by the city under and pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited and paid into the general fund of the city.
