Article XI — Conflict, Severability, And Effective Date

If any portion of this chapter is found to be in conflict with any other provisions of this code, the provision which establishes the highest standards shall prevail. (1976 Code § 10-2.1101; Ord. 626 § 2)

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid by the decision of any court, the remainder of this code, or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances, shall remain in full force and effect.
