§ 8.63.010. Nudity prohibited on public property.

Every person who willfully appears on or in any public park, square, preserve, avenue, street, lane, alley or other public land in the City of Mill Valley (including Cascade Reservoir) in a state of dress in which the private parts of such person or the female breast are exposed is guilty of a misdemeanor.
