5.20.010 - Bingo authorized.¶

Any organization which could be authorized to conduct bingo games by an ordinance enacted pursuant to Article IV, Section 19 of the California Constitution is authorized to conduct bingo games in the city; provided, that such bingo games are conducted in conformity with Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the state; and further provided, that no bingo game shall be conducted between midnight and ten a.m. of any day.
