Merced Municipal Code Ch. 13.16 Parcels and Diagram

Parcels may be described as contained on the assessment roll on which city taxes are collected, or with reference to recorded maps or deeds or assessor's maps, or by other means sufficient for identification. Prior code § 14A.67).

The diagram may describe the property by reference to or by copies of official maps or assessor's maps or be otherwise sufficient to identify the several parcels thereon. It shall not be necessary to show thereon their relationship to the acquisitions or improvements.
